Refund Policy

Why all sales are final

Rutinelle is not a physical item that can be returned. On successful payment you immediately receive permanent access to all nine tools, the complete fee and source database, and — if you added it — the Protection Pack printables. There is no way to withdraw delivered access, which is why the sale is final once made.

This policy is published here, linked in the footer of every page, shown directly beneath the purchase button, and referenced at checkout before any payment is taken. Completing a purchase confirms you have read and accepted it.

Try the whole approach for free first

The Wedding Money Risk Report costs nothing, needs no payment details, and runs on the same fee database and calculation model as the paid tools. If you want to know how Rutinelle thinks before you spend $29, run it. We would much rather you decided before buying than felt stuck afterwards.

Everything included in the $29 is itemised on the home page, with real product screenshots. Nothing is held back for an upsell, and there is no subscription or recurring charge of any kind.

When we will always make it right

"All sales final" covers change of mind. It does not cover our mistakes. Email isatoptradesllc@gmail.com and we will fix any of the following, at no cost to you:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase — we refund every duplicate charge in full.
• You paid but never received access, or your unlock link did not work — we unlock it manually, normally the same day.
• You lost access after clearing browser data, switching devices or losing your link — we send a fresh unlock link, free, as many times as you need.
• You were charged without authorising it — we refund it in full and help you secure the payment method.
• The product is materially not what this site described — if a tool listed on the sales page does not exist or does not function, tell us what happened and we will either fix it promptly or refund you.

We would rather hear about a problem than have you sit with one. There is no time limit on the access-recovery items above.

Please email before disputing a charge

If something is wrong, email us first. We answer within one business day and can usually fix the problem the same day. A bank dispute takes weeks to resolve, and suspends your access to the tools for the entire time it runs.

The $9 Protection Pack

The optional Wedding Money Protection Pack is a set of printable documents, also delivered instantly at checkout. The same policy applies to it. It adds printables only — it never gates or unlocks features, so declining it costs you no functionality.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded — including rights that apply where a digital product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Customers in the EU and UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to Rutinelle and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.

Pricing

$29 USD one time for the full system; $9 USD optional at checkout for the Protection Pack. No subscription, no renewal, no recurring charge. If we change the price later, it never affects a purchase already made.
